Mary
My name is Mary Gilmore. I am from New York City, and have been teaching English for 3-4 years. I am a dedicated, resourceful, and compassionate teacher invested in my students’ progress. I’ve taught young
learners and adults with lessons centered around reading/writing, and conversation practice. I’ve lived overseas and I’m eager to learn about cultures different than my own. I love learning languages and
understand from personal experience how difficult and intimidating it can be. I look forward to helping you achieve your personal/academic goals for learning English and how to use online resources that make
learning language less scary and more enjoyable!
